1969 Tribute Show
PEACE OF WOODSTOCK is a 90-minute music-and-visual show and event that’s an in-the-moment tribute to the celebrated Woodstock Music & Art Fair, the three-day festival in August 1969.
An audience of more than 400,000 travelled to Max Yasgur’s dairy farm in upstate New York to listen to musical acts ranging from Richie Havens and Janis Joplin to Sly and the Family Stone, Jefferson Airplane to Jimi Hendrix and the event’s breakout group, Santana. Woodstock changed everything.
Peace of Woodstock returns you to the event that defined the ‘60s. From the hippie vibe and protest songs to the flowers-in-the-hair attendees clothed in bellbottoms and tie-dye, Peace of Woodstock is a note-perfect tribute to one of popular music’s most monumental moments.
